MARCO ALVERÀ

CEO, Snam 

Marco Alverà, born in New York in 1975, has been the CEO of Snam, one of the world’s leading energy infrastructure companies, since April 2016.

Marco has more than 20 years of experience in Italy’s most relevant energy companies.

He holds a degree in Philosophy and Economics from the London School of Economics and began his career working at Goldman Sachs in London before moving to Enel and subsequently joining Wind. Afterwards, he moved to Eni, where he worked for over 10 years holding positions of increasing responsibility.

Since 2017 he has been non-executive Director of S&P Global, where he is also Chair of the Finance Committee. He is also a member of the Executive Board and of the Steering Committee of the Giorgio Cini Foundation in Venice, a member of the Board of the Italian Institute for International Political Studies (ISPI) and a Visiting Fellow of the University of Oxford.

He is Vice President of Fondazione Snam, Snam’s no-profit entity committed to the social development of territories, and co-founder of the Kenta Foundation, active in promoting gender balance and combating educational poverty.

Marco wrote the books ‘The Hydrogen Revolution’ (Hodder Studio) and ‘Zhero’ (Salani) on hydrogen’s potential in the fight against climate change.

GIOVANNI B. ANDORNINO

Assistant Professor of International Relations of East Asia at the Department of Culture, Politics and Society of the University of Torino

Dr Giovanni B. Andornino is a tenured Assistant Professor of International Relations of East Asia at the Department of Cultures, Politics and Society of the University of Turin (IT), where he heads the TOChina Hub, coordinating research, advanced training and track-1.5 policy-oriented outreach with China in cooperation with ESCP business school and the Torino World Affairs Institute (T.wai). He is the Vice President of T.wai, with responsibility over the “Global China” research program and the Editor of the “OrizzonteCina” academic journal. Since 2019 he has been serving as General secretary of the China-Italy Philanthropy Forum (Turin, IT and Beijing, CN).

Dr Andornino holds a Ph.D. in Political representations and behaviour from the Catholic University of Milan. He is the author of “Dopo la muraglia. La Cina nella politica internazionale del XXI secolo” (Vita & Pensiero 2008) and the editor of “”Cina. Prospettive di un paese in trasformazione” (Il Mulino 2021) and co-editor of “Italy’s encounters with modern China. Imperial dreams, strategic ambitions” (Palgrave Macmillan 2014).

A former visiting research fellow at the European Institute for Chinese Studies (Paris 2020), the China Research Centre of the University of Technology Sydney (Sydney 2011), and the Transatlantic Academy (Washington D.C. 2010), Dr Andornino has published in “Global policy”, “China & World Economy”, “The International Spectator”, “Mediterranean Quarterly”, “Mondo Cinese” , “Teoria Politica” and for working paper series of the Italian Parliament, the EU-China Research and Advisory Network, and the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he completed with distinction an MSc in Global History in 2005. Dr Andornino is a member of the advisory board of the China Competence Center of the Polytechnic of Torino, a member of the Centro Studi Matteo Ripa e Collegio dei Cinesi of the University of Naples “L’Orientale”, and a member of the Editorial Board of the “Mondo Cinese” journal.

Based in Milan, Tommaso Arenare helps investment banking, retail banking, infrastructure, and financial services clients reshape their businesses. He advises on CEO succession, leadership development, corporate governance, and board consulting. Tommaso is also active in Egon Zehnder’s Infrastructure, Legal and Regulatory & Compliance Professionals, and Board Consulting practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Tommaso had nine years of corporate and investment banking experience, first in corporate banking with HSBC in Milan and then as part of Citi’s Global Relationship Banking team in Milan and London. Within Citigroup, he was part of Schroder Salomon Smith Barney’s European Investment Banking business and contributed to equity capital markets transactions for Italian companies. Tommaso then moved to the Equity Capital Markets desk of JPMorgan and continued to focus on IPOs, rights issues, and convertible bonds for Italian companies.

Tommaso earned a cum laude Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan. He is an Italian Chartered Accountant and has completed the International Executive Programme at INSEAD. He is passionate about improving corporate governance and board performance.

FREDERIC AZEMARD

Frederic Azemard is a Managing Partner at TR Capital. He joined the firm in 2012 and focuses on deal screening, quantitative analysis, due diligence, deal monitoring and exit of transactions. Mr. Azemard is a board member of a number of TR Capital’s investee companies. Mr. Azemard began his career at Bain & Co. in Los Angeles. Founder and Chief Executive Officer brumbrum

Degree in Electronic Engineering at the Milan Polytechnic, MBA at the INSEAD in Paris, in 1999 he joined McKinsey & Company, a leading company in strategic consulting, where he became partner in 2009. During this period, he specialized in Retail, Marketing & Sales, and in the Telecommunications sector.

Afterwards, he approached the world of tech start-ups and Venture Capital funds, providing support as well to large groups focused on digital transformation, particularly in the field of e-commerce. In 2016 he founded brumbrum, the first Italian direct online car retailer of used cars and private long-term rental. Emanuele Barberio is an Account Executive at SS&C Intralinks as he’s responsible for the corporate development sector in Italy. PAOLO BASILICO

CEO, Samhita Investments

Upon graduating from Bocconi University in Milan in 1984, Paolo Basilico began his career at IMI Group, first as a financial analyst and later in sales, before moving on to Mediobanca to start their equity brokerage business. In 1991, he joined Giubergia Warburg, where he served as CEO and member of Warburg London’s European Equity Management Committee. In 1999, together with other founding partners, Basilico established Kairos, serving as Chairman and CEO until April 2019. Under his guidance, Kairos – which would go on to be acquired by Julius Baer – became one of the Italian market’s leading asset management companies, growing assets under management from €35 million to €12 billion.

In 2019, Basilico established Samhita Investments, a private investment holding company. In April 2019, his book Uomini e soldi was released. Published by Rizzoli, it is part autobiography, part financial instruction manual. In April 2020 he produces a videoclip: “Salvare il risparmiatore italiano”, a short and animated version of his book. Since January 2020 he has been part of the Cariplo Foundation’s Investment Advisory Committee. In June he has been appointed to the Board of Directors of De Agostini Spa and in the same month he become Senior Advisor of Equita. In July 2021 he has been appointed to the FIA Foundation’s Investment Committee. Since 2005, he has headed the Oliver Twist Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that he founded together with Leonardo del Vecchio to help disadvantaged children and young people in Italy. The many initiatives funded by the foundation include the Oliver Twist School run by the Cometa Association, providing young people between the ages of 14 and 21 with professional training courses and experimental programs to discourage them from dropping out of school by offering hands-on learning experiences. He has been member of Cometa Advisory Board since its establishment in 2012.

CLAUDIO BERRETTI

General Manager and Executive Director, TIP – Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.

He graduated in Business Management from the Libero Istituto Universitario Carlo Cattaneo (LIUC). He started to work in the FIAT group (Fiat UK and Magneti Marelli UK) where he spent about a year in the finance and treasury area in London and Birmingham. He then joined Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A. (TIP, at the time, Tamburi & Associati) at the end of 1995 and spent his entire career with them. After the evolution of the group from advisory boutique to group holding company, and subsequent listing in the Star section of the Italian Stock exchange, he became General Manager and Executive Director in 2007. During the course of his time with TIP, it made investments of more than Euro 5 billion, directly and through club deals, becoming the leading independent, private Italian investor. Over the years, he has been appointed to many boards of directors of associated companies, both listed and non-listed, on behalf of TIP, thus gaining considerable experience in various fields of business. He is also the author of several specialist papers including Attività, Tempi e Costi del Processo di Quotazione (Activities, Times and Costs of the Listing Process) in co-operation with Borsa Italiana S.p.A.

MASSIMO BIANCHI

Head of Special Situations Real Estate, illimity Bank S.p.A

Massimo is Head of Special Situations Real Estate of illimity Bank S.p.A., where he pursues investments in the asset backed loans space vis-a-vi a single borrower or concentrated pools of borrowers. Massimo’s group seeks asset-specific mispricings related to asset complexity, market opacity, or other idiosyncratic opportunities, and pursue various resolution strategies like consensual restructurings, as well as judicial or extrajudicial resolutions or asset swaps.

Before joining illimity in 2019, Massimo spent twelve years at the D. E. Shaw Group, an investment and technology firm with more than $50bn of AUMs, where he held various positions including as Co-Head of the European Corporate Credit unit. Massimo started his career with Lehman Brothers’ mergers and acquisition group, where he operated from London and focused on transactions in the European telecommunications sector.  He received his degree in the economy of financial markets, with honors, from Università Bocconi.

CARLO BOSCO

Managing Director, Co-Head of Capital Solutions – Pan Europe and Head of Italian Private Debt, Muzinich & Co

Carlo is Co-Head of Capital Solutions and Head of Italian Private Debt at Muzinich, a New York investment firm specialized in corporate credit.

He contributed to the development and launch of Muzinich’s strategy for corporate rescue finance, called Capital Solutions, and is now involved with investing the first fund and fundraising. He also supports the wider Muzinich effort in private debt and parallel lending through marketing, portfolio review and management, with responsibility for the Italian private debt portfolio.

Before joining Muzinich, he was Managing Director and Co-Head of Financing Advisory and Restructuring for Europe at Greenhill, an American investment bank. Prior to that, Carlo worked at Lazard, another investment bank, in New York and Milan. During his career at Greenhill and Lazard, he advised corporates and credit funds on complex financing and restructuring situations in and out-of-court, with more than 30 completed transactions in North America and Europe (including Italy and Spain) across a wide number of sectors.

Carlo has a bachelor degree in International Economics and Management and a Master of Science in Finance from Bocconi University. He was selected by Financial News as one of the top 40 “Rising Stars” in the investment banking industry in 2016.

Ms. Caporello joined L Catterton Europe in 2021 as a Partner based in Milan. Ms. Caporello has been in Private Equity for over 20 years with previous positions at Advent International and Investindustrial with a focus on Concessions businesses, Financial Services, and Luxury industries in Southern Europe. Most recently, from 2016 until 2018, she was the General Manager of the Milan Municipality, running the operations of the city with a yearly budget of €3 billion. MIRJA CARTIA D’ASERO

Mirja has over 25-years experience in the financial sector with a focus on Real Estate Finance.

Following her law degree she worked for ten years as a lawyer in the Banking & Finance Departments of top tier law firms, such as Clifford Chance and Allen&Overy in Italy and London.

From 2005 to 2017 she was a Director in Lehman Brothers in the Global Real Estate Group, being in charge of the Group’s Extraordinary Administration for Italy as from 2008.

In 2015 she co-founded Restar, a company operating in the market of non performing exposure (NPE), and acted as CEO until the company’s merger with Guber Banca last November 2019. She is currently acting as Head of the Real Estate Department of Guber Banca, covering also investments in the hotellerie segment.

As from 2014, she is consistently appointed in the boards of directors of several listed companies as Independent Director, having responsibility for various internal Committees (Prelios, Damiani, Italmobiliare, FNM, Zurich, IlSole24Ore).

As personal investments, she owns a boutique hotel in Scicli, Sicily, the Sanbartolomeo Casa e Putìa and is currently involved in a more ambitious project of valorization of an ancient monastery (Il Ritiro) with the purpose of converting it into a luxury hotel.

Giuseppe Castagna has held important positions with the Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group, where he worked from 1981 to 2013, taking over the management of Banco di Napoli, Banca dei Territori Division and covering the position of General Manager of the Intesa Sanpaolo Group. From 2003 to 2013 he was Board Member in several banks and other financial intermediaries. After resignation from Intesa Sanpaolo Group in June 2013, Giuseppe Castagna was appointed as chairman of Italian Private Debt Initiative of Muzinich & Co. From 2014 to December 2016 he was General Manager and CEO at Banca Popolare di Milano and since January 2017 he has been CEO of the new Group Banco BPM. ALBERTO CIRILLO

Managing Director, Goldman Sachs International 

Alberto is responsible for the PWM business in Italy and manages a team that serves both private clients and family offices across Milan, Frankfurt and London. Alberto joined Goldman Sachs in 2000 as an associate in London and over the next six years he built and developed the firm’s PWM business and presence in Italy from the London office. In 2006 he relocated to Milan and opened the Italian office of Goldman Sachs in Italy. Alberto was named managing director in 2009. Prior to joining the firm, Alberto worked at McKinsey & Company in Milan for three years, focusing on banks and asset managers. Alberto earned a BA (Hons) in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and an MBA and MA in Financial Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Ilaria Dalla Riva is Head of UniCredit People & Culture Italy and member of the Board of Aquafil. She comes from Vodafone Italy where she held the role of Human Resources and Organization Director and member of the Executive Committee since September 2019. She held positions of increasing responsibility until she held the role of Chief Human Capital Officer at Montepaschi Group. She began her consulting career at Faber and subsequently took on leading roles in major international groups. In the Sky Italia Group she was Vice President Human Resources and Facility Management.

In Ceva Logistics BU she was Human Resources Director with responsibility for Southern Europe, Middle East & Africa and in TNT Post Group with the role of Human Resources, Organization and Internal Communication Director for Europe and South America. She was a member of the Board of Directors Widiba of the Montepaschi Group, Board Member of the MPS Leasing and Factoring Bank for Financial Services for Companies, in the Board of Consel Consorzio Elis Scarl and in the Coordination Committee of the Permanent Young Publishers Observatory.

She has a degree in Philosophy, she is married and has a daughter.

Gianluca is a Managing Director at Unicredit and has more than 25 years’ experience in Capital Markets as Structure products Sales and Trading working for various investment banks such as Banca IMI, Citi and RBS, with a special focus on Italian Financial Institutions. Born in Florence in 1967. Matteo Del Fante is married and has two children. He graduated in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan.

He has attended specialization courses in international financial markets at the Stern Business School, New York University.

He began his career at JP Morgan in 1991 in the Research Department and then held various offices in Milan and London before being appointed Managing Director in 1999.

In his last position at JPMorgan he was in charge of EMEA (Europe-Middle East – Africa) Public Sector clients until 2003.

In 2004 he joined the newly privatized Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) as Head of Finance and M&A, launching in the following years CDP’s Real Estate practice and becoming CEO of the Group’s asset management company in 2009 (CDP Investimenti SGR S.p.A.), where he then took the President office until August 2014.

From June 2010 until May 2014 he was Managing Director of CDP.
He also served as a Board Member of several companies of CDP Group, including STM Microelectronics (both in STMicroelectronics N.V. – from 2005 until 2008 -, and in STMicroelectronics Holding – from 2008 until 2011-) and in the European Energy Efficiency Fund (EEEF) from 2011 until 2013.

From May 2014 he was CEO and Managing Director of Terna S.p.A. , where he held the office of Director on the Board of the Company since April 2008 and was a member of the Control and Risk Committee until May 2014.

Furthermore, from June 2015 he served as Vice-President of ENTSO-E, the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity.

Since July 2017 until May 2020 he was Chief Executive Officer of Poste Vita.
Since April 2017 is Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Poste Italiane.

With a solid experience in the TLC and Energy sectors, Giovanna Della Posta has led for the past decade insurance and Real Estate turnaround projects, supporting companies in rethinking their business model. Since January 2019 she is CEO of Invimit SGR, a company 100% owned by the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance. She graduated in Economics, then earned a master’s degree in Economics and Finance and ultimately achieved a General Management program at Harvard Business School (2016). She won the Marisa Bellisario Prize (2012), within the Young Talents category, granted to women who distinguish themselves in management and economy. In 2019 and 2020 Financecommunity selected her among the 50 most influential people in Italian finance.

FRANCESCO DI CARLO

Co-Managing Partner, FIVELEX Studio Legale e Tributario

Co-Managing Partner of FIVELEX Studio Legale e Tributario, Francesco Di Carlo began practicing in 1995 and, after significant experience at leading Italian firms – where he was equity partner since 2000 – he co-founded FIVELEX in 2014.

He has longstanding experience in advising financial institutions and Italian and foreign funds on banking, financial, insurance and company law matters. His expertise is mainly focused on the incorporation and authorization of financial industry players and funds, M&As and Italian and international corporate reorganizations, the provision of cross-border reserved transactions, the structuring of remuneration plans and policies, the structuring of financial products and club deals and the support to family offices and private bankers in relation to issues and needs of private clients. He has also developed significant experience with the regulatory supervision of listed companies, with particular regard to the protection of minority shareholders, corporate governance, related-party transactions, reporting obligations and market abuse. He has assisted major international institutional investors in the management of their shareholdings in listed companies at the various stages of their investments, including with respect to governance issues and damages claims. Mario is Chief Executive Officer at Clessidra Capital Credit, an independent asset management company focused on alternative investment in Private Credit, based in Milan. He joined Clessidra in 2016.

From 2009 to 2016, Mario spent two years at italmobiliare, a publicly listed investment holding company and six years at Italcementi Group, an Italian based global cement producer.

Previously, he spent over 12 years in London where he began his career in Investment Banking first at Lazard and thereafter at HSBC and UBS.

Mario holds a degree in Business Administration from L. Bocconi University.

Enrico Giovannini (born June 6th 1957) is an Italian economist, statistician and academic. He has sworn on February 13th 2021 as Minister of infrastructures and transport, now Minister of sustainable infrastructures and mobility, in the Government led by President Mario Draghi.

Enrico Giovannini is full professor of Economic statistics and Sustainable development at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, of Sustainable development at LUISS and at the National School of Administration (SNA). He is the co-founder and director of the Italian Alliance for Sustainable Development, a coalition of more than 240 organisations established to implement in Italy the UN 2030 Agenda 2030. He was Director of Statistics and Chief Statistician of the OECD (2001-2009), President of the Italian Statistical Institute (2009-2013) and Minister of Labour and Social Policies (2013-2014). In October 2014, the President of the Italian Republic made him “Cavaliere di Gran Croce al Merito della Repubblica”, the highest ranking honour of the Italian Republic. He is the author of more than 100 articles and five books on statistical and economic topics.

He is currently Global Head of Economics and Capital Market Strategy at Muzinich & Co., a New York investment firm specialized in corporate credit. From 2014 to 2018 he was Head of the Office of the Minister of Finance, supervising economic policies at domestic, European and international level. Corrado Passera was born in Como, Italy, into a family of entrepreneurs. Following a degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, he began his career at McKinsey. Inspired by innovation and challenge, his career path took him from Olivetti to Poste Italiane S.p.A., Intesa Sanpaolo and the Italian Government. At Poste Italiane, between 1998 and 2002, he succeeded in transforming an inefficient public entity into a modern postal service provider, and one of the most successful postal banks worldwide. The creation of Poste Vita, which then gained national leadership, dates to this time. In the banking sector – where he served first as CEO of Ambroveneto, then of Banca Intesa and finally of Intesa Sanpaolo – he helped build one of the most solid European banks.

Among the startup worth mentioning at the time, there was Banca Prossima, a bank dedicated to social entrepreneurship and impactful financing and remains one of the most effective models of its kind worldwide. As the Minister of Economic Development, Corrado introduced start-up-friendly legislation, revolutionising the incentive to innovate. In 2018, he launched a bank start-up via Spaxs, the largest special-purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in Europe, with deposits of €600 million. The objective was to create a new “paradigm bank” specialising in SMEs that face challenges in accessing loans, as well as digital and mobile banking services for SMEs and families. The new bank illimity, of which he is CEO, has been listed on the STAR segment of the Borsa Italiana from September 10th 2020. Corrado is married to Giovanna and they have five children: Sofia, Luigi, Luce, Giovanni and Eugenia.

Degrees in Law and Business Economics, MBA from Milan’s Bocconi University and a Masters in Global Affairs from Rutgers University in Newark (USA). Substantial experience in restructuring and turnarounds in multiple industries, such as energy, building, textiles and automotive. Until December 2019, she was a partner at Vitale, a leading independent advisory firm. During 17 years there, she focused mainly on financial restructuring operations, advising both sides of the transaction (i.e. banks and companies). She was previously a Director and Board member at Lazard Italia, a leading international investment bank. Silvana, after graduation at Bocconi University and MBA at Henley Business School – Oxford (UK), matured finance experience in banking, and pharmaceutical sectors before working at Accenture leading retail industry projects.
After having joined Vodafone, Silvana worked as regional controller, business intelligence manager, customer insights manager, scm manager, bid manager, digital manager in different countries for long periods of time coordinating different teams across the world and acquiring a deep Telco / Utilities sectors dynamics knowledge.

Alberto Vigorelli, Senior Advisor UTP

Worked for several years at Oliver Wyman in the Financial Service Sector, managing projects for top European Banking Institutions.​

In 2008 he joined UniCredit in the Risk Management and, shortly after, he assumed the role of Senior Vice President Head of Group Credit Risk Management, with responsibilities on Credit Strategies & Policies, Models and Credit Processes. In 2013 he concurred in the creation and management of the Group’s Distressed Assets Management function, to reduce the Non-Core Portfolio through the sale of assets/ credits.  In 2016 he was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of UniCredit Leasing company to manage the turnaround of non-core portfolio. In 2019 he joined Fire Credit Management, as Group CEO and GM.​ Now is in the process to start a new innovative initiative in the NPE arena

 

STEFANO VECCHI

Stefano Vecchi was born in 1979 and graduated in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University in 2002. After graduating, he worked for more than ten years at UBS private banking.

In 2011 he joined Credit Suisse Italy, where he held various roles before becoming Chief Executive Officer of Credit Suisse SpA, being in the meantime Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and as member of the Management Committee of AIPB.

In September 2019 Stefano Vecchi joined the UniCredit Group as Head of Wealth Management Italy, being also appointed as member of the Group Wealth Management Executive Committee and of the Board of Directors of Cordusio SIM, of which he became Chief Executive Officer in April 2020. Starting from 1st October 2021, Vecchi leads the new UniCredit Wealth Management and Private Banking division.

Stefano is also a member of the Supervisory Board of UniCredit International Bank (Luxembourg) and he actively collaborates with SDA Bocconi.

In 2010 Maurizia Villa joined Korn Ferry as managing director Italy. In 2016 she has been appointed managing director of Korn Ferry and Hay Group Italy, based in the Firm’s Milan office. Since December 2019 she has been acting as managing director & country chair Italy of Korn Ferry (IT). Ms. Villa brings to Korn Ferry over twenty years of executive search experience. She assists clients in C-suite and Executive search projects as well as in consulting assignments in the financial services, private equity, infrastructure, telecommunications, energy industries. Ms. Villa has successfully conducted assignments for international and domestic financial institutions, such as major domestic and international banks, investment funds, asset management companies, insurance companies and international legal firms. Her main focus is on the recruitment of CEOs, CFOs, Board members, heads of financial products and other senior[1]level executives operating in any financial area.

Prior to her current position, she served as vice chairman and managing partner, Italy for another leading executive search firm. She also held the roles of partner, financial services practice and principal upon joining the firm in 1995. Previously, Ms. Villa was head of the private equity investment department and corporate finance of Cofilp for eight years, which is now operating as Gruppo Banco Popolare. In particular, she was responsible for portfolio investment activity. Earlier, she served as director of corporate finance at Cominvest, a private financial company, and as manager of FIG corporate clients at Barclays Bank. She began her career at Banque Bruxelles Lambert Milan as a relationship manager for corporate clients. Ms. Villa graduated from L. Bocconi University, Milan with a degree in business administration, specializing in finance. After graduating, she taught finance, industrial policies and stock market at Bocconi University.

KASPER WICHMANN

Senior Portfolio Manager of Private Equity, Nykredit Asset Management

Mr. Wichmann is a PE professional with over a decade of experience in investing. He has managed the full investment process from origination over execution to portfolio management. He’s been involved  in  positions spanning from advisory over financing & investing to product, business, and project management.

He’s actually a Senior Portfolio Manager in Nykredit Asset Management with the responsibility for design, development, and implementation of a Private Equity Fund of Funds investment program including investment execution, portfolio construction, and monitoring, pipeline development, fundraising.

Previously he’s been head of Multi-Manager Private Equity Asia Pacific at UBS Asset Management in Hong Kong developing the Private Equity platform in APAC for fund investments and fundraising. It was a member of the Global Private Equity Investment Committee. He’s been co-founder of Mercury Capital  with the vision of creating a platform for alternative investments in the Nordic countries using both debt and equity. Before he was a Private Equity Consultant to Asian Development Bank (Manila), analyst in Credit Suisse.
